Haditiyatro assumes liability limited to the price paid for the respective service. We are not liable for:

• Temporary technical interruptions of the platform due to maintenance or external factors.

Our services provide knowledge and techniques; success in applying them depends on individual factors and context, which Haditiyatro cannot guarantee.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Prices are displayed transparently on the platform. The refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellation and full refund are possible within 14 days of purchase, if the course has not been accessed.
• After accessing materials or starting the program, refunds are evaluated individually and proportionally to unused services.
• Subscriptions can be canceled for future cycles, with notification at least 7 working days before renewal.
